We all know that not everybody has perfect credit. We all get into situations that we cannot control and, unfortunately, sometimes our credit is effected by these situations. If you have any credit issues that you are concerned with, your best option is to be completely straight-forward with me and the properties. Knowing your credit score, and disclosing any issues you might have will save you time and application fees at the properties. Instead of wasting endless amounts of money trying to apply at properties you are not even sure of, use my experience to find the right one that you KNOW will work with you. If you are unsure of your score, I can have it checked right here at my office. You CAN still get approved for an apartment with BAD CREDIT, you just have to know which properties will work with you. Thats where I come in. My experience in this industry has given me the knowledge to know which properties to avoid, and which properties that are lenient on credit.
